The database is now managed and financed solely by the IPA, providing free and instant access to over 150 examples of workplace partnership, over 100 examples of employee consultation arrangements and over 550 other entries dedicated to employee involvement and participation in the workplace.
How to use the databaseYou can search under subject, author, sector or organisation. The subject field has been sub-divided into categories.
To view all items in a category just select the category heading. Once you have made your selections, click the "Submit Query" button at the bottom of the page.
This search will present you with a summary report of each entry held in the database on the selected subject, author, organisation or sector.
