What we doThe IPA address the key themes of involvement and participation, consultation, partnership and high performance.
This is achieved through engagement with employers, trade unions and staff councils, associated trade and professional bodies, leading universities and other organisations in the UK and across Europe on a wide-ranging employment research agenda. This work informs our consultancy services and our policy responses to government.
IPA members benefit from our information services, providing practical materials from the IPA's extensive archive of good practice and have access to advice and guidance from the IPA's network of practitioners and specialist team of advisors.
The IPA also hosts Partnership-at-work.com providing free and instant access to over 150 examples of workplace partnership, over 100 examples of employee consultation arrangements and over 550 other entries dedicated to employee involvement and participation in the workplace.
