The new FRC Code of Practice has required many organisations to review how they ensure employee voice is heard at board level.  There are a number of models for achieving this, but what does good look like?   In our roundtable discussion, there will be opportunity to hear from organisations who have taken the lead in establishing a mechanism for hearing employee voice by the board.

Speakers will include Professor Chris Rees, Royal Holloway University (RHUL) and a case study from WPP.

IPA and RHUL are working together with a consortium of interested employers to research the role of employee voice in UK corporate governance and to share learning between major employers and third sector organisations. There will be the opportunity to hear more about the work of the consortium and more information is available here.
