Employee engagement dropped significantly during the pandemic and has struggled to return to pre-pandemic levels. Coupled with stagnating UK productivity and increasing employee unrest, the future is concerning.

Join us to hear insights from the 2023 Engage for Success UK engagement survey and discover how variations in engagement are influenced by organisational action (or inaction).

The session will explore:

  • The current state of employee engagement in the UK.
  • Discuss the Engage for Success Employee Engagement Index and the current UK engagement benchmark.
  • Explore variations in engagement levels and what this means in practice.
