In our July Hub we will be exploring The Great Resignation. To build on that discussion, our next Hub meeting on 13 September will explore the effects of the Knowledge Exodus that is challenging many organisations in the UK. Peter McCarthy, Director, The Knowledge Bank will present his views, informed by his considerable experience in HR in order to stimulate thought around the practice of knowledge and experience transfer and how the great resignation and the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic have exposed flaws in the current accepted hypothesis on how to approach the long-known ageing workforce challenges. stimulate thought around the practice of knowledge and experience transfer.

This is particularly relevant due to the pending great resignation and the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic - which themselves are exposing the flaws in the currently accepted hypothesis on how to approach the long-known ageing workforce challenges. This meeting will present a great opportunity for people to share stories and experiences relating to this issue but also to discuss what organisations can do to keep their people engaged within these challenges.
