Training

IPA's training programmes can also be delivered remotely using WebEx, Microsoft Teams or other platforms.

Recognising that each workplace has its own DNA, IPA's training programmes are designed specifically for each organisation, incorporating the vision and values, and for the individual participants.

IPA is able to draw on knowledge and expertise from our research programme plus extensive experience from delivering training to over 200 organisations of all sizes and from all sectors.

Our training and development programmes are interactive and involve plenty of opportunity for discussion and sharing of experiences in a safe space.

IPA training is designed to maximise participation and enjoyment, and wherever possible we will draw on “real life” scenarios to stimulate discussion and provide exercises.

Full course materials are provided and training participants will be equipped to use the unique tools and techniques that IPA has developed.  Our training team is available to participants after any programme if they wish to clarify anything, or just want to talk something through with one of our advisers.

See our full list of packages of training for managers and training for employee representatives.
